Its been a while since I posted to my Blog. Seems like forever. I was in one of those creative slumps.
My Grandson’s Birthday was in January and I just knew that I wanted to make him a card. And his most favorite snack is ice cream. However, I really needed some inspiration and so I went YouTube hunting to watch one of my favorite greeting card designers, Jennifer McGuire. And on her YouTube channel I found a card where she made an ice cream cone. So I went shopping for all the supplies she used so I could make the ice cream cone she demonstrated. It goes without saying that once I watched Jennifer’s video I was inspired and ready to create again.
Supplies: Wendy Vecchi embossing paste used to make ice cream.
Distress Ink to color ice cream and cone.
Lawn Fawn Large Stitched Rectangles to cut out green card stock.
Stamp Set by Simon Says Stamp-Ice Cream Dream
Background is water colored. Sequins from my stash.
Thank you for stopping by and have a wonderful day!
