Here is another card I did as a result of the Online Card Class called Stretch Your Stamps 2. This card shows how you can do Reverse Background Stamping using Faux Water Coloring by Shari Carroll (designer).

I joined an Online Card Class (10 days plus a bonus day of fun). And the title of the class was Stretch Your Stamps 2. What an awesome class! So many different ways to use your stamps. The class taught you how to get more uses out of your stamps beside the obvious way. It was a class that taught you to “look at your stamps in a whole new way”.
This card is my only project I was able to make due to time constraints. But I plan to use the material from the class to make more projects in the near future. All I can say is that the Online Card Class was the bomb!
My Project
I chose one stamp and used 4 different dye ink colors. I coated the stamp images using the Wink of Stella Clear brush glitter. The sentiment comes from Simply Fabulous Saying stamp set. And I added 5 sequins and covered the tiny hole in the center with Lavender Stickles.
Stamp came from the Rounded Diamonds Set

My youngest grandson will be 5 years old on the 19th. Hunter and I made birthday cards for him.
This is the card Hunter helped to make. He used the Cuttlebug for the first time and cut out all the balloons using glitter paper. I embossed the background and attached the twine. I am so proud of Hunter and how well the balloons turned out.
This is my card for Levi. He has an aquarium and I thought he would get a charge out of this card. The inspiration for the card came from Vicky Papaioannou. The stamp set is called Best Fishes and comes with a corresponding dies called Fish and Bowl. The fish in the fish bowl were colored with Copic markers. The little fish near the sentiment were stamped using Memento ink pads. I put little googly eyes on the fish to make the card more fun. The water was colored with Salty Ocean Distress ink and I put droplets of water on the water to give a watery look. The sentiment is inlaid for more dimension. I had fun making this card and I’m sure Levi is going to love it especially the googly eyes.
A little peek of the inside.
