I finally took the step and created a Blog.  This is a new adventure for me and I hope your experience here is a good one.   There are many items I need to add but for now I like to share my latest project with you. 

 

This is a small book that can be used as a journal, an address book, or even a recipe book.  Its made using two coasters that are covered with card stock.  And bind with my Bind-it-All.  See how its made here:  (http://www.youtube.com/profile?user=ChicnScratch#p/search/0/QXTSVrpXnHg).   I added a few ribbons & rub-on stitches by doodlebug designs.  The centerpiece is the very first Magnolia stamp I purchased called Tilda with Umbrella (sorry but I cannot remember the collection name).   I also made the large flower using 4 scallop circles (3” punch).  I colored them with TH distress inks (walnut stain, crushed olive & fired brick).  And lots of pinching in the center & lots of scrunching too.   Sprinkled with MS brownstone glitter.  Center has clear micro beads & more glitter.
