Meet Sweet Leila

Layout Details:  Card base (Neenah Card Stock, white),  Colored Paper (my stash), Cuttlebug Dry Emboss folder (Dots), Scallop Punch (3” scallop), Black Scroll (Silhouette Store), Ranger Stickles, Rose on card front made by me and sprayed with Tattered Angels Glimmer Mist (Dazzling Diamonds), Flowers inside of card made from 2 flower punches, Rhinestones from my stash. 

NOTE:  Skin and hair colored with Prisma Colored Pencils.  Dress and Bear colored using Paint Shop Pro.
