Today’s card will show the background I made using Corel Paint Shop Pro (PSP). What a challenge it was for me because I haven’t made a background using digital images. Did I struggle? You bet I did but I was very determined and persistent to figure it out. And I tried something new when making the label on my card. More detail about the label below. Here is a view of my card. I will give all the detail on what I used to make the card below the card image.
My card is brought to you by My Time Made Easy. The main focus of my card is the Label and the Background. Earlier I mentioned using PSP to make the background but I also used a digital image too. The image I used can be seen here and each flourish was placed individually to get the affect you see. The top layer shows the color I chose. This color can be changed to match your design. Once all the layers of your background are completed you merge to get you final image. It was printed on white cardstock.
Now the label (Be Dazzled Digital Images ) used can be seen here. And the cut file (Be Dazzled) for this label is here. Let me tell you what I did new to make the label. I followed a video created by Lauren Meader. Go here to view the video (Using Cut Files with Digital Images). I created a larger border for my label.
I hope you were able to view the video. Give it a try!
